Top Care Support is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and enjoying meaningful experiences in their communities.
What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals to thrive by providing respectful, person-centered support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accompanying individuals on recreational activities and community outings
- Monitoring health and wellness needs and reporting any concerns
- Assisting with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene
- Preparing meals and offering feeding assistance if needed
- Providing transportation to appointments, events, or errands
- Maintaining accurate daily logs and documentation
- Ensuring privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who truly enjoys making a positive impact in others’ lives. The ideal candidate:
- Is at least 18 years old
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
- Has a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Is dependable and has strong communication skills
- Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Has reliable transportation (must have a personal car)
- Is legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Is willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Has current CPR/First Aid certification (or is willing to obtain it)

- Medford $28/hr - Friday 3pm-7pm, Sunday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 3p-7p
