The right candidates will be ready to bring their skills where they're needed to support children with developmental disabilities. As a DSP, youll make a meaningful difference every dayhelping individuals live more independently, engage in their communities, and achieve their personal goals.Responsibilities:Build meaningful relationships with those you supportPromote independence, dignity, and inclusion in every interactionPlan and implement activities at home and at community locationsMaintain the safety of those you supportMaintain accurate records including any safety or behavioral issuesMaintain compliance with all program standardsQualifications:Available Saturdays and/or Sundays on a consistent basisCompassion, patience, and a commitment to empowering othersExperience supporting people individual/developmental disabilities and behaviorsMinimum high school diploma or equivalentValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of insuranceAbout Hopes Promise Respite LLC:We are a leading provider of compassionate community-based respite services, committed to empowering children and adults with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
