Part-Time | Murrieta, CA | Flexible Schedule | Established Caseload
Hope Speech and Language Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis while one of our therapists is on maternity leave beginning in December 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking to supplement an existing caseload, enjoy flexible scheduling, or work in a supportive pediatric outpatient environment without making a long-term commitment.
You'll work with children in our clinic and, if desired, in-home throughout Southwest Riverside County, helping families achieve meaningful developmental goals while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental and sensory needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and caregiver education.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely documentation and maintain high clinical standards.
- Help children build the skills needed for success at home, school, and in everyday life.
What We're Looking For
- Current California Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility).
- NBCOT certification.
- Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative, positive, and family-centered approach to care.
