Job Title: Lead Pediatric Occupational Therapist**

**Location:** Flexible (Clinic, In-Home or Both)

**Position Overview:**
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to enhance the developmental skills of children with various physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges. You will have the flexibility to work in our clinic, provide in-home therapy, or adopt a hybrid approach, allowing you to tailor your work environment to suit your preferences and the needs of your clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of pediatric patients to develop personalized treatment plans addressing their unique needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and social skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each child.
- Educate families on therapeutic activities, strategies, and resources to support their child's development at home and in the community.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
- Engage in leadership and supervision initiatives within the organization, contributing to the development and growth of therapy services.
- Promote community outreach programs to raise awareness about pediatric occupational therapy and available resources.

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred; however, new graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with children and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Leadership qualities and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
