Key Responsibilities
- Design personalized vacation itineraries tailored to each clients preferences and budget
- Conduct client consultations to identify travel goals, special requests, and expectations
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and experiences
- Book and confirm all travel arrangements including air, hotels, rental cars, excursions, and event tickets
- Stay current on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry regulations
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and vendor webinars to maintain certifications and expand expertise
- Create marketing and promotional materials to generate new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
