- Design and coordinate customized vacation packages, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Provide expert destination advice and personalized travel recommendations
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
- Manage end-to-end coordination of bookings with travel partners
- Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details, and travel documentation
- Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences
