Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in League City, TX, for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage daily scheduling, arrival, and payment of patients visits, ensure efficient routing of all incoming and outgoing communication, as well as support administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, providing excellent customer service, correctly completing cycles of action efficiently, handling phone inquiries professionally, and keeping an outward positive attitude for patients and co workers.
Qualifications
- Strong Appointment Scheduling and Management skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer service abilities
- Proficiency in tasks completion and organization
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including scheduling software and Microsoft suite
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
