Patient Care Coordinator Position
This is an on-site, full-time sales position, and the primary role is to communicate with cosmetic surgical patient candidates. Other job duties are listed below.
Job Duties:
- Following up on leads
- Responding to patient inquiries
- Presenting quotes
- Arranging financing
- Support patient education
- Booking surgeries
- Facilitate the pre-op and post-operative process
- Coordinate patient and procedure schedule
- Practice clear and continuous communication with the doctor and staff
- Promote practice on social media
Ideal Candidate
- Education: A higher degree is preferred
- Experience: 2 years of sales/retail experience in a plastic surgery or medical spa office
- Experienced negotiator and strong closer in sales
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong work ethic
- Proficient with computers, software applications (MS Office Suite, social media, etc.)
- Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, transactions, and reporting
