If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained, and want to make a difference, this role is for you.What You'll be Doing:Maintain the landscaping and appearance of assigned exterior groundsPerform lawn care, trimming, mulching, and planting as neededHandle snow removal, salting, and outdoor safety upkeep in winter monthsComplete routine grounds maintenance and minor outdoor repairsOperate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure property remains safe, clean, and welcoming year-roundPerform other duties as assigned by the Facilities ManagerAbout You:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience a plusAbility to operate groundskeeping equipment (lawnmowers, snowblowers, trimmers, etc.)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneelingReliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a teamSchedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pmCompensation: $17.65/hr.
