We are looking for a groundskeeper who thrives off using attention to detail to maintain the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal to attract new residents.
responsibilities
- Inspects grounds daily and removes trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standards
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant rooms
- wash breezeways and common areas
- In inclement weather, perform tasks to keep sidewalks and building access free of hazards
- Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain the grounds of the assigned property
- Maintain cleanliness outside each building and the grounds surrounding each building
- Maintain a uniform landscaped look by picking up all debris around buildings, common areas, and through breezeways of buildings
- Clean out building gutters
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- maintains pet relief and surrounding area and unsure animal waste pick-up
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
