Reports to: Associate Director of Residential Services
Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Compensation: up to 29.492 per hour
Job Duties Include:
- Maintaining a 7-bed scattered site supportive living program
- Serving as point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions
- Maintaining all clinical treatment and documentation
- Providing clients with education and resources regarding housing rights, tenancy issues, and rental assistance
- Conducting intakes and assessments
- Running group meetings in outpatient setting
- Other duties as assigned
- CASAC/CASAC-T or other QHP required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Substance Use Disorder or related field
- Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
