- DBHDS DSP Orientation
- Mandt Crisis Intervention
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Can support individuals with daily living tasks
- Experienced, reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
- Work well in a team and use sound judgment
- Are ready to complete all required certifications listed above
- Know how to find and utilize community resources
