Hope & Healing Counseling Services is a counseling office where we specialize in talk therapy with kids, teens, adults and couples.
We have three locations: Palm Springs, Moreno Valley and Yucca Valley

Our organization is looking for a Spanish speaking Intake Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial intake phone calls with clients. The Intake Specialist must have excellent communication skills, be able to assess client needs quickly and accurately, and have a strong understanding of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
**Must fluent in speaking Spanish**
We are looking for someone for part time work but can also be flexible to work a full shift in the event of call outs or planned time off.
Typical working days are Monday-Friday.
Typical working hours will be 1pm-6pm once fully trained.
Responsibilities:
- Complete client intakes via phone by gathering and documenting client information.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals in a professional manner.
- Ensure all necessary forms are completed and filed properly.
- Complete post appointment follow ups with clients to ensure they had a great experience.
- Answer phone calls and assist clients who walk in.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
