REGISTERED NURSE (RN) POSITION AVAILABLE
Summary:
Oversee and promote the residents' health and wellness through regular visits, assessment, and ongoing communication with the resident care team.
Job Duties:
- New admission assessments, nutrition assessment, service assessment, direct care plans, health care service plans, medication storage/assistance and self-administration assessments.
- Review all resident information and follow-up on changes in condition to re-evaluate for resident care plans
- Ensure proper documentation for medication assistance/administration and self administration assessments.
- Periodically check resident's charts for proper documentation and necessary forms and assessments.
- Update Direct Care Service Plan yearly for each resident.
- Update Health Care Service Plan quarterly for each resident.
- Updated Health Care Service Plan within 14 days of change of condition.
- Assist LPN and Administrator to meet resident's needs.
- Review resident changes in condition with the resident's physician, family, staff, and administrator.
- Implement infection control guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current RN License for the state of Arkansas
Ability to respond to questions and emergencies as needed
*** ON CALL AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED ***
The applicant need not be physically present 24 hours a day, but must be available to receive and respond to calls in a timely manner. All calls will be relative to patient care and may be received at any time, day, night, weekends, etc.
