Position Summary
The Documentation Specialist I plays a pivotal role in managing the company’s asset records to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of locating information. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate scanning equipment and software to digitize construction records.
- Conduct quality control reviews of scanned documentation.
- Research and retrieve records for projects and special requests.

- Serve as an Individual Contributors without supervisory responsibilities, supporting and contributing to team goals and objectives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
