Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
Conduct daily living skills and functional activities assessments to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
Implement occupational therapy interventions and activities, including adaptive equipment training, sensory integration, and cognitive rehabilitation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and communication with patients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate records and documents, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
