Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.
As our Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first to welcome staff and our larger community as they walk through our doors. In this role, you'll build strong skills in communication, coordination, and organization while supporting the daily operations that keep our teams running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience managing phone systems, coordinating shared spaces, and supporting important administrative and licensing processes - all while working alongside a team that values collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. To thrive in this role, you'll bring a polished, professional approach to communication and a genuine desire to support others.

Requirements
Experience and Education:
- Associate degree in a related field; and
- Two years of administration, office, customer service, or related experience; or
- Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
Salary : $23 - $27
