Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Peru, ME. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and policy development. Responsibilities also include managing HR documentation, facilitating organizational growth, and ensuring adherence to local and federal labor laws.
