About the Role
We’re looking for motivated individuals to help grow Hopdox across Florida. This remote, full-time position is responsible for building relationships and growing our customer base. Success in this role comes from consistent outreach, excellent communication, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and identify potential customers through remote and in-person outreach
- Close new business and onboard customers, ensuring a seamless experience
- Attend customer events and industry conferences throughout Florida (overnight travel required)
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape and improve our product
- Represent and grow the Hopdox brand throughout your territory
