The Office Assistant will be responsible for:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Greeting and assisting retail customers
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Scheduling/Maintaining Calendars
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Maintaining Office supply inventory.
Assisting with retail inventory and Sales.
Pulling/Allocating technician restock orders.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
Coordinating events as necessary
Building estimates for clients and retail customers
Our Ideal Office Assistant has the following skills/qualities/experience:
Experience working for a start-up business, preferably oil field related
Ability to work in a team environment or alone with minimal supervision.
Be able to communicate verbally and in writing to other team members, as well as customers.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Required:
1-5 Years experience as an office assistant or in related field
3 Years Customer Service Experience
1 Inventory Experience
High school diploma or associate’s degree
Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen including random drug screening
Must have a valid driver license
Must be able to lift up to 45lbs and handle parts.
