Key Responsibilities: As a Member Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our cooperative's success by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with personal computers and software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to accurately process financial transactions.
- Proficiency in operating a 10-key calculator.
- Familiarity with office machines and equipment.
- Basic typing and keyboarding skills.
Preferred Experience:
- A degree from an accredited college or vocational/technical school is highly desirable
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with the public.
- Strong ability to speak and interact effectively with members and co-workers while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to handle a high workload.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Team player who can follow policies to support cooperative goals.
Work Environment: You will be working in a typical office environment with regular work hours. Please note that there may be occasions when overtime is required, including call-outs during emergencies.
