Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and an exceptional ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Participate in special events, banquets, or private parties as required.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Experience in banquet service or retail math is a plus.
