Hooligan’s Bar & Grill is looking for a driven, hands‑on Bar Manager to lead our front‑of‑house operations, support our team, and help deliver the high‑energy, community‑focused experience our guests love. What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and support bartenders and servers
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product rotation
• Create and maintain drink menus, specials, and seasonal features
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle shift coverage, and staff communication
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Collaborate with ownership, head managers and kitchen leadership to keep operations aligned

Schedule

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
