Front of House Manager | Bar 209 Fargo

This Is a Leadership Job
Your goal is to build a front of house team that delivers great sales and great service every shift, whether you're standing beside them or not.
You'll help lead:
- Servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Service and hospitality standards
- Salesmanship and suggestive selling
- FOH labor and scheduling
- Training and team development
- Cleanliness and presentation
- Steps of service, side work, and checklists
- Shift execution and flow
- Coaching, accountability, and performance
- Development of future trainers and shift leaders

Compensation & Benefits
This is an hourly leadership position, so overtime is compensated.
Compensation will be competitive and based on the experience, leadership ability, and potential you bring to the role.
