What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to Bar 209 standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready
- Work with urgency during busy shifts
- Communicate with other kitchen stations
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Support your teammates when they need help
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
