Position Overview:
The Frame Department Servicer plays a key support role in the production process by ensuring frame parts and materials are accurately picked, tracked, and delivered to the appropriate work areas. This position helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports production flow, and ensures the department remains clean, organized, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and stage frame parts accurately based on production orders and schedules.
• Scan parts in and out of inventory systems to maintain accurate tracking and inventory control.
• Supply frame assembly areas with required materials, including loading finished wood parts from stock for production use.
• Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper storage of materials and parts.
• Collect and recycle cardboard and other designated materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Support smooth material flow within the department to prevent production delays.
• Follow all safety guidelines and promote a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with other material handling or departmental support tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Experience with scanning systems or inventory tracking is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and inventory.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds as required.
• Basic computer or scanner system skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
