Position Overview:
The Frame, CNC, and Finishing Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple production areas, including frame assembly, CNC routing, and finishing. This role provides direct leadership, coordination, and accountability for production performance, quality, and team development for a team up to 25 employees. While this is a supervisory position, it remains highly hands-on, requiring active involvement on the production floor to support workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across Frame, CNC, and Finishing departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Review and approve employee timesheets, manage time-off requests, and conduct performance evaluations to support team accountability and development.
• Provide direct leadership and accountability for team performance, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
• Actively support production by stepping in as needed in frame assembly, spring-up, sanding, CNC operations, or finishing processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure understanding of work instructions, quality standards, and safety expectations.
• Monitor production flow and ensure efficient movement of materials and work-in-progress through all departments.
• Oversee CNC operations, including setup, job input, and basic troubleshooting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure finishing processes meet quality and aesthetic standards, addressing any defects or inconsistencies promptly.
• Conduct regular quality checks across all departments and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to resolve equipment or process issues quickly.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding production performance, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting related to production, quality, and team performance.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of frame assembly, CNC operations, and finishing processes a plus.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of CNC router operation, including entering jobs and basic programming.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and drive production results in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team when needed.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems and reporting tools.
