Responsibilities:
- Perform termite treatments and chemical applications.
- Assist with wood repairs and structural modifications.
- Operate tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Follow safety and compliance protocols.
- Drive company vehicles safely.
Requirements:
- Valid CA driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Experience in construction or pest control is a plus (training provided).
- Must pass a background check.
