Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Service Professional to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in pest control and possess strong skills in using hand tools, power tools, and driving company vehicles. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in pest management and related outdoor services within a professional environment. 25% Sales commission and production bonuses offered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pest inspections and identify infestation sources in various properties
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods and equipment
- Perform chemical applications and IPM to support pest management efforts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and treatments applied
- Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and follow-up care
- Drive company vehicles safely to different job sites while adhering to traffic regulations
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas after service completion
- Support team members with additional outdoor maintenance tasks such as farming or landscaping projects when required
Qualifications
- Valid Branch 2 Field Representative License
- Experience or interest in sales, pest control, and rodent trapping and exclusion
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and application equipment is advantageous
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- Ability to operate various outdoor power equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed
- Willingness to learn new skills related to pest management and outdoor services
Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
