What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Hook?
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Busser to join our restaurant team! The Busser helps keep the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly while providing excellent support to our servers and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers with food, drinks, and guest requests
- Keep dining areas, tables, chairs, and service stations clean
- Restock silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Sweep, mop, and take out trash as needed
- Work as a team with servers, hosts, bartenders, and management
- Follow all restaurant safety and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly and respectful service to guests
