DTF Press Operator

Responsibilities
- Cutting out individual printed transfers off a roll.
- Set up jobs based on a proof of the final product.
- Apply transfers using a heat press and ensuring the print quality.
- Stand on your feet for 8 hours and lift at max 40 LBS boxes.
- Understanding the print and packing instructions on the purchase order.
- Read a spreadsheet on what orders to prioritize for the day and are coming up.
- Must be on time and in attendance on a daily basis.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Prior experience operating DTF or other digital textile printing equipment is highly preferred.
Screen Print Puller

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment with accuracy, adjusting settings for different job specifications.
- Prepare screens by cleaning, coating, and aligning them for optimal ink transfer.
- Manage color matching and consistency using color management techniques to ensure vibrant and accurate prints.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies.
- Pull off garments from the press at a quick rate without affecting the print.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
