Pay: $16.51 per hour, or $19.86 per hour (Daytime shift)
Schedule: Daytime, Evening, & Weekend Shifts Available
Job Summary
We are seeking vigilant, reliable, and safety-conscious people! Lifeguards are responsible for preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and enforcing pool rules and safety regulations. This role requires strong swimming skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will be professional, attentive, and committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Become a lifeguard and gain valuable leadership skills - we train in house!
Part time position up to 32 hours per week.

Must be at least 15 years of age.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Required. Visit thelifeguard training page for more information on the upcoming training course.
Monitors and ensures safety of all patrons in the facility.
Demonstrates good decision making and communication skills
Assists with facility chores including cleaning aquatics equipment, decks and checking pool chemistry
Required Knowledge & Skills
Comprehensive understanding of American Red Cross Lifeguarding.
Understanding of youth and teen recreation programming
Ability to interpret and apply facility rules and policies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 15 years old by hire date
Must pass a criminal background check
