What You'll Own
- Supervise concrete crews and manage daily production on active commercial sites
- Oversee foundations, slabs, columns, walls, and finishing work end-to-end
- Read structural drawings and specs; coordinate formwork, rebar, and placement methods
- Inspect work quality and enforce OSHA/jobsite safety standards
- Communicate progress and flag issues early—no surprises to the super
- Work with project management, inspectors, and other trades to maintain schedule
- 5 years commercial concrete experience (2 in crew lead/foreman role)
- Solid grasp of forming systems, reinforcing, ACI standards, and building codes
- Ability to read structural plans and specs
- Crew leadership and communication skills that get results
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
