Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in applications/software development and systems analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, identify solutions, improve existing systems, and support application development and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and operational procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify issues, and define system requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation of user needs, program functions, workflows, and system modifications.
- Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine the feasibility of requested changes.
- Assist with scheduling, testing, installation, implementation, and support of software applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems.
- Support system enhancement and maintenance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or a related role.
- Experience analyzing user requirements, business processes, and system functionality.
- Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience evaluating system capabilities and recommending improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of applications.
