Job Description
Seeking an Automation Test Engineer with experience in healthcare claims processing, EDI testing, and test automation to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop test cases based on business requirements and design documents.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Develop and execute test scripts for HIPAA X12 EDI transactions, including 837I, 837P, and NCPDP D.0.
- Perform healthcare claims and web application testing.
- Develop automated test suites and SQL queries for data validation.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and support UAT.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on QA documentation and testing activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in test case development and functional, integration, and regression testing.
- 3 years of healthcare claims processing and web application testing experience.
- 2 years of EDI application testing and HIPAA X12 transaction testing experience.
- 2 years of SQL query development and business/QA documentation experience.
- 1 year of automated test suite scripting experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HP ALM and JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
