Role: Project/Program Manager
Location: St Paul, MN 55155 (Hybrid - 1 to 2 days onsite per week)
Engagement type: Contract - 12 Months
Job Description:
- This work supports the Clients’ broader initiative to transform digital licensing platforms. The platform built on Salesforce and is central to the Clients’ transformation of licensing and case management.
- Development of appeals case management features.
- Integration with NetStudy 2.0, Enrollment System and Medicaid System/ Healthcare
- Enhancement of Product Success case management features.
- Development of improved data pipelines into Clients Azure Databricks Data Lakehouse.
- Translate organizational strategy into program objectives and outcomes.
- Work with leadership to define program scope, success criteria, and benefits.
- Develop the program roadmaps. Assist in developing or managing projects and programs according to a governance structure. Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects.
- Provide guidance to project managers to ensure consistency in approach and delivery.
- Resolve conflicts between projects over resources, scope, or timelines.
- Provide regular program-level status updates, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and manage the program budgets, plans and forecasts.
- Identify and manage program-level risks and issues.
- Coordinate risk mitigation actions across projects.
- Mentor and coach project managers and other team members.
- Foster collaboration across project teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- 7-10 years in project/program management (depending on complexity of programs managed). Proven experience delivering multiple related projects that drive outcomes.
- Experience working with government agencies and leading public sector initiatives.
- Experience aligning projects to business strategy, managing benefits realization, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Record of managing resources and priorities across multiple teams, departments, and sometimes geographic locations.
- Familiarity with PMO processes, governance frameworks, and portfolio management. Experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches
- Experience creating and managing large budgets, forecasting, and tracking ROI or benefits.
- Exposure to organizational change management, driving adoption and ensuring business readiness.
- Experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Proven ability to anticipate, escalate, and resolve complex risks/issues at the program level.
Salary : $50 - $52
