Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and market research
- Document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, wireframes, context diagrams, functional decomposition, ERDs, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams
- Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, reports, and user documentation
- Perform functional and integrated testing; support UAT with test scenarios and cases
- Prepare and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Assist in procurement documentation and evaluation criteria; provide input to procurement deliverables
- Ensure application designs meet business requirements; collaborate with PMs, developers, and end users
- Attend PMO meetings; follow PMO BA/PM methodology
- Document gap analyses; produce meeting minutes and distribute to stakeholders
- Travel locally within the Raleigh area as needed
- 7 years in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process design
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to build client relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight timelines
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, IT Service Management practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and SharePoint
- Experience creating context diagrams, functional decomposition, ERDs, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams
- Healthcare data reporting systems experience recommended
- Ability to work on-site in Raleigh and travel as required
