Responsibilities
- Recruit physicians for locum tenens assignments across the United States
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing candidates through phone calls, email, and text messaging
- Conduct candidate screening calls to evaluate experience, availability, licensing, and practice preferences
- Present qualified candidates to healthcare facilities and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity within the company CRM
- Follow up consistently with active candidates and open opportunities to drive placements
- Generate new leads through sourcing, cold calling, referrals, job boards, and networking
- Collaborate with credentialing, sales, and leadership teams throughout the placement process
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and handling objections
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing conversations and opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based tools
- Prior recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
