About the Role
Honor Bank is hiring a sales-driven Universal Banker who loves working directly with customers on the teller line. This is not a desk job—you'll handle daily transactions, open accounts, and drive conversations that lead to referrals and stronger relationships.
If you have solid banking experience, can confidently open accounts (including business accounts), and enjoy helping customers find the right financial solutions, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional service on the teller line
- Open personal and business accounts independently
- Identify customer needs and recommend products
- Support branch sales goals with strong referrals
- Handle cash, process transactions, and balance daily work
- Assist with training and support other branches when needed
