Honor Bank is seeking a driven and community-oriented ENTRY-LEVEL Branch Manager for our branch in the heart of Copemish, MI. Banking experience is necessary

Branch Managers are responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of their assigned branch office(s). This position is included in our world class complete benefits package, salary range will depend upon direct retail banking experience.

Overview Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit up to a certain limit
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
• Oversee a staff of 2 Customer Service Representatives (Tellers) and Assistant Branch Manager
• Community networking and growing business relationships that, in turn, grow Branch deposits

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $52,000.00 per year
