What You'll Do
As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our deposit services by:
- Processing deposit account transactions and maintenance.
- Balancing General Ledger accounts.
- Processing wire transfers, ATM/debit card requests, and account adjustments.
- Researching and resolving operational issues.
- Assisting branch staff with questions and support.
- Processing legal documents, notifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting department projects.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous banking experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
