Sales Associate (Seasonal Part-Time) - Ala Moana

THIS IS A PART-TIME SEASONAL POSITION THAT WILL LAST UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER 2026

SUMMARY: Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and sales support while learning company products, standards, and procedures. This entry-level role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations in alignment with the company’s values and expectations.

• Provides friendly, courteous, and consistent customer service


• Learns and applies product knowledge to assist customers with selections


• Follows selling techniques to meet individual and store sales goals


• Operates the cash register accurately following established policies and procedures


• Maintains store appearance, brand standards, and housekeeping expectations


• Assists with inventory tasks including stocking, pricing, and basic counts


• Actively supports safety and security standards


• Attends required training sessions and store meetings


• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Retail or hospitality experience preferred

SKILLS:

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills


• Ability to perform basic math calculations and count money accurately


• Valid Food Handlers Card required at all times after completion of introductory period

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

• Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift 


• Able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. 


• Able to stand on ladder up to 6ft and reach shelving to place product
