## Role Overview
We are seeking a high-level operator to oversee multiple grocery locations. This is a leadership role responsible for driving performance, building systems, and managing multi-unit teams.
You will work directly with ownership and be given significant autonomy to run day-to-day operations while helping scale the business.

## Key Responsibilities
### Multi-Unit Operations
- Oversee performance across multiple store locations
- Manage and develop store managers and leadership teams
- Ensure execution of operational standards, staffing, and customer experience
### Financial Performance
- Own P&L performance across locations
- Drive improvements in:
- Labor efficiency
- Gross margin
- Shrink and loss control
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability
### Systems & Process Development
- Build and implement scalable operating systems
- Standardize training, reporting, and accountability structures
- Reduce owner dependency in day-to-day operations
### Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing managers
- Create a culture of accountability and performance
- Address underperformance quickly and effectively
### Growth & Expansion
- Assist with new store openings and operational rollout
- Help refine systems for scaling to additional locations

## Qualifications
### Required
- 5–10 years in multi-unit grocery operations
- Experience managing multiple locations and store managers
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Proven ability to improve operational performance and profitability
### Preferred
- Background in grocery or specialty retail
- Experience scaling operations or opening new locations
- Strong leadership presence with ability to manage diverse teams
