Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables while maintaining high standards of service.
- Handle cash register transactions and manage cash handling procedures efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
