Summary:
We're looking for someone who knows how to get to the root cause of problems. The successful applicant will have experience facilitating teams and driving corrective action discussions. The successful applicant will administrate the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system, facilitate the Cause Analysis/Mistake proofing (CA/MP) process for teams working with supplier responses, serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for CARs, mentor CAR SPOCs, and assist in maintaining relevant command media and related Work Instructions (WIs). The applicant will act a Point Of Contact (POC) with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Honeywell Federal Manufacturing and Technologies (FM&T) Senior Management, and Honeywell FM&T auditors for Issues Management.
Summary of Duties:
- Coach stakeholders and peers on the fundamentals of Root Cause Analysis
- Facilitate cross functional teams to evaluate causal factors
- Provide written documented evidence of investigations supporting systemic issue identification and resolution
- Ensures containment, corrective actions, and effectiveness reviews are completed for all CARs
- Effectively communicate with peers and colleagues regarding status of investigations
