Sr. Project Manager - HCE Strategic Business Partnerships

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for the successful implementation of Honeywell on Honeywell (Hon on Hon) internal partnership framework needed to standardize how the HCE Forge suite of applications are deployed across all applicable Honeywell business units. A standardized, repeatable process and playbook are expected outcomes of initial deployments and will be required for all subsequent deployments in order to scale growth of HCE Forge.
• Role will grow into management of external implementations of Forge applications as the products and delivery processes are refined and external demand increases.
• Successful candidate will also be responsible for managing other projects in the HCE portfolio as needed.
• Responsible for driving improvement in HCE business capabilities and results through project management for the organization.

• Understand HCEs Forge products and architecture and use influencing skills to ensure right digital solutions are being deployed in right order.
• Collaborate with several matrix partners, including IT and enterprise teams, to prioritize and execute on key strategic programs and projects to bring the HCE Forge roadmap to realization.
• Create, maintain and update detailed project plans that will drive expert schedule, resource and stakeholder management.
• Establish Agile release cadence to ensure value being delivered into business as often as possible.
• Facilitate requirements gathering to ensure solutions will achieve desired business results.
• Anticipate potential scope issues and proactively address internally and with stakeholders.
• Aggressively pursue project excellence to deliver commitments on time and with high level of attention to detail and bottom-line focus.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues.
• Lead, motivate, and develop project analysts, including succession planning.
• Encourage and facilitate strong project communication with your team using collaboration tools, in person meetings, and “management by walking around."
• Develop and maintain updates/reporting to senior leaders to create consistent transparency to digital roadmap and impacts.
• Support regular project update deliverables for executive presentations.
• Develop trusted relationships with your stakeholders – listen actively to their concerns/questions to understand their requests/perspectives.
• Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation.
• Engage in and fully support a culture of Diversity and Inclusion.

DELIVERABLES:

• Standardization of Hon on Hon implementation methodology and corresponding playbook.
• Contribute tangible improvements to overall HCE PMO delivery processes and success of HCE business unit.
• Collaborate, mentor, train and work effectively with other PMs.
• Consistent, accurate updating of Jira, Teams, Confluence, and Scorecard project data and any other artifacts. identified as required for success of all assigned projects and in the role.
