You will be a key member of the Talent Digital Solutions Team. As a member of this team, you will be shaping the future of Honeywell HR, driven by Honeywell’s “talent first” and “digital” strategies. In this role, you will partner with the Global Talent COE to define requirements, solution design, drive user experience, and deploy strategic talent management systems, tools, and solutions across the enterprise to improve succession planning, talent development, career development, and performance management.
