Honeywell SPS (Safety and Productivity Solutions) is recruiting for a CIO/Sr Director for the SPS Sensing and Safety Technology Business. Reporting to the SPS Chief Information Officer and matrixed to the President, SST, you will lead resources and efforts to define, deploy, and adopt technology that drives business growth and profitability.
You are a natural problem solver. You question the status quo. You have experience (successes and failures) with implementing complex enterprise solutions (SAP, SFDC, etc.) and have a strong point of view on how interdependent systems and data enables growth, transformation, customer value, and core business processes excellence. While you likely have many years of experience with process re-engineering and/or ERP architecture/implementation/configuration, you are likely excited by innovations in process mining and analytics. You thrive when working in cross functional teams and when influencing the most senior leaders. You measure success by measuring business KPI’s—not by meeting go-live dates.
