The position requires a Development Engineering background with the experience and capabilities necessary to successfully carry out the responsibilities listed below. The preferred candidate will demonstrate a strong proficiency in software engineering and development. The position encompasses the skills needed to meet objectives of product quality, schedule and design goals for a complex development program.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop complex software deliverables using Windows technologies following iterative software development process.
· Independently develops design approach using detailed requirements
· Participate in team membership through strong interaction, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
· Manages individual risks/issues and elevates to upper management when appropriate.
· Adhere to and supports process methodologies.
· Support the planning of future activities with System Engineering to develop detailed work estimates.
· Provide product maintenance support with problem mitigation.
· Maintain close interaction with System Engineering by providing consultation support as necessary
· Support System test activities through the development life cycle
