The Sr. Manager, Strategic Partners will engage with Product /Offering Management to understand the benefits and alignment of their Solution with Honeywell Building Technologies. They will partner for joint solution development.
The role will execute existing & scout new partnerships related to:
- Different power storage options
- Power sources
- Renewable power capabilities
- Refrigerants, their environmental benefits as well as mechanical/logistical hurdles
- Air Filters
- Sensing and strategically important III party sensing capabilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with partner to provide updates on processes/proceedings relevant to Honeywell’s sustainability offers.
- Work with Business Units to provide updates on Z21 progress and Customer Trials.
- Working in alignment with product strategy (STRAP) to drive revenue, orders and gross profit via external partnerships and other Business Units
- Driving appropriate meetings, introductions and process for enablement with needed organizations to achieve the outcome of jointly developed Sustainability funnels and revenue.
- Setting joint sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and cities may be required in conjunction with Sales.
- Stay aware of and communicate long-term market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop a business strategy.
- Develop creative ways to strengthen relationship with sales channels, product manufacturing channel & Contractors as measured by sales growth.
- Leveraging other teams for their specialties like Customer Marketing for demand generation initiatives and lead engagement with influencers like consultants.
- Develop sales behavior in the organization for Sustainability with strong joint sales meetings, through Salesforce and other tools, with a strong discipline to achieve business goals (Opportunity Pipeline, Order Booking, Revenue, Collections, Win Loss ratio etc) every Quarter.
- Effectively manage and execute partnership goals including “Go to Market” Agreements and pricing.
- Execute the commercial process with key strategic partners and Honeywell entities to expand the application of our technology and customer footprint.
- Develop business models and financial arrangements with partners and Honeywell entities that drive revenue for Sustainability and Healthy Building.
